Weekly pay is the hourly rate times your weekly hours. The year has 52 weeks, so yearly pay is weekly times 52 and the monthly figure is a twelfth of the year.
Multiply the monthly salary by 12 for the year, then divide by your weekly hours times 52. The from-monthly mode does this automatically.
